1. Eligibility
LYTM is an exclusively female platform. By registering, you confirm that:
• You identify as female
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a resident of India
• The information you provide is accurate
2. Booking Policy
• Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed
• LYTM reserves the right to reschedule in case of expert unavailability
• Service OTP must be shared with expert upon arrival to start the service
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 2+ hours before scheduled time — full refund
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before — no refund
• No-shows — no refund
• LYTM may cancel bookings due to expert unavailability — full refund will be issued
4. Customer Responsibilities
• You must provide your own beauty products for the service
• Ensure a clean, well-lit space is available for the expert
• Be available at the scheduled time at the provided address
• Treat our experts with respect at all times
5. Payment
• All payments are collected via UPI at the time of booking
• Prices are inclusive of service charges and convenience fee
• LYTM reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice
6. Expert Conduct
LYTM experts are verified professionals. However, LYTM is not liable for any damage caused due to allergic reactions or improper use of customer-provided products. Please inform your expert of any known allergies before the service begins.
7. Limitation of Liability
LYTM's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Electronic Record
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amended provisions, and is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. It is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.
10. Accuracy of Information
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered on the Platform for any specific purpose. Such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Use at Your Own Risk
Your use of the Platform and Services is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion, for which we shall not be liable to you in any manner. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.
12. Intellectual Property
The contents of the Platform and the Services — including design, layout, look, and graphics — are proprietary to us or licensed to us. You have no authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in such contents. Unauthorized use of the Platform and/or Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms and/or applicable law.
13. Third-Party Links
The Platform and Services may contain links to third-party websites. Accessing these links means you are governed by the terms of use, privacy policy, and other policies of such third-party websites. These links are provided solely for your convenience.
14. Binding Contract
By initiating a transaction for availing the Services, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for those Services.
15. Indemnification
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action — including reasonable attorney's fees — made by any third party, or penalty imposed, arising out of your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, other policies, or your violation of any law, rule, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).
16. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event beyond that party's reasonable control.
